Thanks everyone! and Mike I know what you mean, she has been doing so many she is starting to see hazards that aren't there which is affecting her score so maybe time to back off a little. when she did the car one she wasn't to bothered, did hardly any practice tests and sailed through first time, think this ones more important to her cos she is panicking! like you Dave did mine a few years ago (1984) and definitely a lot easier Chad, will have a look at that site, thanks! Her practical driving skills are good, its just getting through this video test . Will let you know one way or the other back end of the week!

Well done all some really good thought out answers (especially Mark ) I got it wrong as I said top box (even though I strap mine to the rear seat in front of top box) a lot of you were right thinking weight distribution as this is what the highway code quoted as the reason for the location in the answer, which is ............wait for it........TANK BAG!! all I can say is it must be a bloody big tank bag or a very small HEAVY tent (don't forget it already said luggage already packed in tank bag) there is loads like this and Katherine is trying to learn them parrot fashion and not use common sense

Are they mixer/ single lever taps or pillar taps? you can change the pressure of the taps by fitting a different diffuser on the end. Have you got separate isolator valves for hot and cold? is it fully open on the cold? if pressure was ok before and the only change is the taps it must be something with the taps?
