  1. Close call Lee glad your all okay as Chad said a carbon monoxide detector is a must buy in any room with a gas appliance and can be had for a couple of pounds, ours also lights up and doubles as a smoke detector. Well done on keeping calm and knowing how to deal with it Lee!

  5. Must be so frustrating to know whose taken your property and know where it is and receive no help from the authorities The problem with taking matters into your own hands is they also know where you live and these scum rarely work alone so could just escalate things Don't have an answer Mat, its just a sad state our justice system is in this country and I don't see it improving any! ...............Maybe like Mark said bide your time and get some satisfaction in a few months but it won't get your belongings back. Maybe the forum rideout could divert to their address, how about it Mark.....................?
  6. Really like the colour scheme on this, looks a good helmet Shoei just fit my head better, horses for courses as far as looks go as long as it fits properly that's what matters!
  7. Got the seat back from Saddlecraft its been ready for a bit just struggled to find time to collect it! OLD SEAT NEW SEAT This was a scabby seat off ebay so I still have the original, just in case! First impressions are good, quality of workmanship is great. I have only been on a short trip but feels comfortable, I really need a long journey to say whether the Gel insert is worth it. We will be doing the demo run for the Forum rideout in the not to distant future so that will test it. If I get to do a longish trip before then I will report back.
  8. We have a traincrew depot at Rotherham Steel terminal near Sheffield had the full roof blown off the main reception building (just finished spending thousands on replacing the roof) it landed on two drivers cars writing them off and chopping a telegraph pole in half. Luckily our company said it would foot the bill for any damage to the vehicles
  9. have you got that lump in yet. I need to hear it I know Alan's fitted it Ian, just fine tuning. Don't think it was as easy swap as he thought and work and life gets in the way, plus he's not getting any younger but if it sounds and goes as good as the 12 valve lump did, should be Don't think Al would mind if you fancied popping round and having a look though, maybe when the returns!
  10. The "Headless Horseman" has uprated his steed somewhat Dave!
  11. Anyone ever watched these series of shows on youtube called "Roadkill" I think they are from an American dedicated tv channel I am absolutely hooked former editors of Hotrod magazine go to scrapyards and well just have fun. There are a few episodes and if you have a spare half an hour are imo a good watch! This one is super charging a Chevrolet Monza Spyder with 5 leaf blowers

  19. A mate has one (remember Steve on the BF rideout Mark) it is an awesome bike, very quick and very smooth. Me on my lardy bandit couldn't even keep him as a spec in the distance but then again I could buy 3 bandits for what he paid for the BMW
