  3. Its not that hard to do, descent hacksaw stainless rivets and away you go The last time you had a decent hacksaw blade Alan FS1E's were the weapon of choice for yer average 16 year old

  10. Don't like setting off in rain but if it rains it rains Really, really glad I took my waterproofs because it was dry when we set off and I nearly didn't but it "Tanked" it down half way there and half way back

  12. Well everyone stayed in the dry except me, Banditmike and Lucan (2wheels)who went to Squires today. Very wet and very cold but a big to Mike for sticking with it! (isn't filtering fun Mike ) A VERY WET MIKE A VERY WET LUCAN YES VERY WET!

  15. I've got the Datatool system 3 Mark and although I've had no problem many people take them off. Unless you use your bike everyday it needs to be connected to a charger or the alarm will drain your battery. The best advice is probably a decent chain or disclock as already mentioned. OR take Stue up on his offer better than any other deterrent I can think of!

  18. Thanks Dick, no problem! had a couple of responses on the BF and It looks like its a no go. It could have been a cheap fix for someone, oh well!

Thanks for responding , yeah! they go 4 into 2 into 1, its not my bike they are for or I would just offer them up and see but i dont want to take someone else's pipes off unless I know they fit. Ive asked on the only other bike forum i'm on but no response. might be worth joining OSS to find out. Again a big for replying
  20. Could anyone tell me if some Micron stainless downpipes taken off a 1985 GSXR750 Slabside would fit a MK1 1200 Bandit? Ive got my doubts but have been told they might fit
