  1. well done lee it pays to stay in shape you feel better and less tired, well once your body gets used to the exertion. wish I had the time to get back in to it, the joys of self employment. I had a small George forman grille at work great for banging a couple of chicken breast fillets on. try tuna and banana tastes better than it sounds.

  4. looks like its a trackday, I was at cadwell an old guy was on a bmw gs 1200 with the all terrain tyres they come with,in the intermediate class an he was passing sports bikes although it was a hot day. its all about set up and confidence mind a bit of bit of skill comes in handy.
  5. nice one tony, just out of curiosity how far and how long in time do you reckon to get from one side of oz to other. for me its sunderland to maryport 99 miles and probably a couple of hours.

  12. ok dave I get where you coming from, why not put your dates and rough route on and if anyone wants to meet you somewhere they can perhaps accompany you for a couple of days organising there own accommadation.

  14. I remember when I was racing motox I used to love the sound those Yamaha 350 banshee quads made.. the bike trader I do work for has a baby blade I am thinking about buying off him to refurb and keep as an investment.

  17. I like to think I would be able to do more rides than I did this year which was not many, so count me in dave . I will just have to sort something with work, or shut the place. west coast of Scotland appeals to me not sure about tent cos I'm not flexible suppose I could rough it if the weathers ok though.
