Not good. Post hasn't been consistent for a while. I sent a letter last year, recorded delivery, took three weeks to be delivered

Have to agree. I think the cost was something like £329 million, then they binned the system. The "royalty" payment is an interesting idea. But then they would be able to identify you from the data -

Sad news The one thing that gets me is the comment: "Before the crash, at about 18:15 GMT, police had advised motorists to "proceed with caution" because of the possibility of "animals in the carriageway"." How did they do that? I'm assuming through a radio broadcast. Don't they know that most riders don't have the radio on while riding! Don't they have any matrix signs along that stretch? Yet again they're forgetting about us!! -
