use pledge have done for years,then Autoglym for harder wax,and solvol autosol on ally casings etc. if you have trouble with polish building up in cracks,heres a tip Always start in middle of panel with polish so by the time you reach edges theres no over polish left,always put wax on with a damp sponge,it spreads a lot further and thinner. if you do get polish in cracks,use a cocktail stick to clear,hope this helps -

had a 1000e a few years ago,had a marshall exhaust,always had a cup of tea ready when i got home from work........my missus always heard me coming down the box off the motorway 2 mies away? lol -

talking the other night with a m8,got on to bikes(theres a suprise)and what we'd had over the years,i remembered about 40 i had owned and gave up! Obviously it started with a fisser!

blimeythat does sound dodgy,the marker pen only lasted a very short disance though,the things we used to do ! -

heard of that fix a few times years ago,although never tried it meself,things were different in the 70s,we used to wear our tyres to the canvas(due to always bein broke)we used to stop 50 yrds from the town centre where we used to gather,put the bike on centre stand(remember them lol)and draw tread on rear tyre with big marker pen??? gently roll bike last 50 yards and park up,if the local panda car came by as long as they didnt get too close it looked like we had tread on tyre??????,mad or what pmsl -
total rip off,main dealers charge between £65 and £100 an hour labour,if your car is over 5 years old take it to a specialist it will be cheaper -
do split groups to allow recovery,i.e abs triceps and legs one day,pecs biceps lats nextday etc,get better results as not over doin one group day after day -
