Mate recently bought a 99 Hayabusa. Fairly tidy and original. Its the unrestricted Copper/Bronze model, quite collectable. He soon chopped it up and is now looking at various Superchargers...

I mix with folk who dont see anything odd about cutting up GSXR600/750 frames to fit a intercooled Turbo Hayabusa engine in.....

Yeah, he still has the 1st one he build, the 400/650. This one should be in Streetfighters mag soon.

I like the ZRX, nice bikes. I know a guy who wakes them up a bit. ZZR12 6 speed box, ZZR cams, few other tricks. Standard ones are OK, but they can be turned into Monsters. I dont think you can do a straight engine swap (shame) ZZR might have a down draft head. There's a "1224" Muzzy ZRX running around Brisbane, Something like 165hp at the tyre. NICE.

We have the new 300 Kwak. Didnt know you'd get them in the Uk. The 250 was a top seller out her for many years and the 300 looks to do well.

Personal taste. Although nearly all my bike are/have been black, I really do like the 9's original blue paint. The only bike i've had respayed recently went a similar blue. Having said that, I'd love a Kwak in the green / white / blue colours

Everything go's in mine... Bricks, concrete, Tyre's (take the saw to them) all go's... Mate's got dozen's of them hidden away, I didn't like to ask where from..! Only thing he can keep his animal food in that the mice and rats cant get into. I told him an old deep freeze would be better.

Yeah, I get mixed up between UK and AU. The Gpz/Gpx is still on sale here. They have been top sellers for years. Recent changes here mean now learners here get a restricted licence and can ride anything that's in the L.A.M.s class of bikes. Up to 660cc but of limited power. I live in a narrow through road that forms an L-shape, Its just wide enough for 2 cars to pass. Our end of the L has plenty of parking, bigger house's, double driveways, other end has little. Folk like to park outside their house's, but it's 1st in best dressed and some cant. A couple of times folk at the other end BOTH park outside their houses, blocking the road. Anyone turning into, or driving down the L finds it blocked and has to reverse back out onto a main road or back around the blind L bend. This is quite dangerous. There is parking further along the street. Option A: Sitting in the car with my hand on the horn for several minutes late at night (bringing most of the residents out into the street) seem's to have almost cured them. I do have Option B and C but my Mrs says i'll go to jail..
