I need a Jewish girlfriend. I need THAT connection to the Faith. I wouldn't be AS prone to think about the Lord and His Kingdom if I were dating atypical "American Girl". Because I'm GOING to be interested in the kinds of things that she is interested in. It's just going to happen that way. Pray about this.

dude, you're actually in the right place. you're only 19, young and emotional as has become custom today. as far as "suffering" goes...read about Job and HOW he responded to his suffering. think about people who are more unfortunate than you. you WILL get beyond feeling like this. you mentioned "preparation"...that's a possibility. Romans 8:28 "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." if you love God, He won't dare overlook you...He can't...He's obligated to bless you. if you think it's hard for YOU, imagine how hard it is for those who DON'T love God and aren't living in His will. continue to seek God and ask for what you want. ask and ye shall receive.

long story short, one of my sister's cats got outside and it's not supposed to even be out of her room. i messed up here and i just want this tiny yet gnawing little problem resolved. my sister is really upset and it's bothering me too. this could have been avoided so easily. i'm trying to have faith but i need ASSURANCE, not just 'thinking God will do something', only to have it not happen. pray.

pray as led. i need to be able to control monetary spending. i've thrown alot of money away over the years and now it's starting to bother me.

everyday, if anyone feels led, send one up regarding this. this needs to be done with.

Oh yes. The prayer must continue because everywhere that I currently go, I don't truly want to be. Just another debilitating side-effect of this ruthless Chastisement.

I agree for the most part but God doesn't always gently convict. Just pray it stops soon. I'm not wanting to wait for some arbitrary number or date to roll around before the blessings come. That wouldn't line up with certain words I've received in the past but so far, this is all I've had and I'm sick of it. It HAS to be because of the sin I keep harboring and not actively stopping.
