Hi, hi! Today is sunny and cold, I think I'm going to die with this contradiction >.-1º C, if it rains, it will snow I have finished assembling my new furniture (that's why I've been absent) and cleaning the house. Well, maybe there is something not assembled yet, but... I don't care! I'm tired! Now I need to think in christmas presents for my "soon to be mothers" friends and relatives. Everyone around me is having babies, it's a plague!!! Just kidding -
@Nancy: The custard power needed is 150g, but be sure it is good for crème caramels. I use the same brand for the baking powder too: royal. The coffee is prepared, of course. I always choose a good coffee and after preparing it, I measure it in a jar. The clue for the two-tone is the density of the cream, remember that! -
