He's from Kent Dick, you have to make allowances Think its something to do with emailing the post office To see if the bike he wants is still for sale,but they emailed the mot station and his bike passed but he might have another bike and he cant tax it -

Do it on line ask the old owner to forward it on you can ride without displaying it as you just say its in the post as mark said

Bloody builders !!! They are a strange breed first 2 didnt turn up the 3 said he would after see his dad about a wall being knocked out 4th one got the job explained the whole thing from start to finish and showed us pics and past jobs hes done and we dont pay anything till its completed -

seen a bmw gs 1200 round here totally unmarked just a small sticker on the coppers helmet -
suppose me selling the bike will be held off till next year seen as the builders are coming next month to extend our kitchen then no doubt the mrs will want a new kitchen fitting
