  1. Its bad on the roads and will get worse. The crap drivers are always about, what I am seeing is crap x 10. Did Xmas come early?
  2. My point is if there is a problem with employees, it is a management problem. Management employed such people and its likely they alone contributed to what they now don't like about the person(s), and have failed to address the problem. Any half decent management would identify the problem(s) and resolve issues to the satisfaction of all involved. Always remember when "dirty tricks" have been threatened or played there is always a payback time. Of course in todays climate, threats of redundancy increase thus assisting PPM to rule by fear.
  3. Poor standard workers is a symptom of PPM (Piss Poor Management), they employed them and failed to understand how to get the best from them. Problem is PPM will be the judge of you keeping your job or not. Many excellent employees risk being sacked because they are not flavour of the month. If you were running your own business how many of your present/past managers will you employ.

  5. Top up oil and run it. See what happens as its not unusual to get some oil in the line. You should drain the tank after every use.
  6. Bleed the receiver tank. Underside is/should be, a brass knurled screw. Untighten by hand, let the crap bleed from the tank. When tank dry retighten, O ring is the seal.
  7. There must me an oil level sight glass on the compressor pump.
  8. Chad Is the oil in the compressor dropping? You sure it aint water mixing with the metal receiver tank and causing a dirty brown type flow from the tank?
  9. True quote above. Its most of us suffering, we self employed know how bad it is out there. Many saying 40%-60% down from last year. The only reason we survive is because we generate money from other sources.

  14. He should get 100 hours swinging no-stop. No use on this planet. Any volunteers? Get in the queue I am here first.
  15. Dave Go waste ya money at the main dealer. Some of the main dealers have the biggest tossers in the industry working for them. Take it where you usually do.
  16. Dave. I have a few jobs I need you to do. When completed I will pay you when I find time, if ever. I can hear you swearing at me. STOP. Get your terms and conditions sorted. Do you pay your bills on time? Expect customers to do the same. Go to ASDA get a trolley full of goodies and ask them if you can pay next week. Sorry mate but if they don't pay on time they are taking the piss or going bankrupt.

  20. Look at the box right side of where you enter bike details. CHANGE IT TO CARS, MOTORCYCLES & VEHICLES Too early for me to read so look at the bikes instead. What happens if you type bike then the part you are looking for? Problem solved.
  21. If you clip a pedestrian with a protruding wheel (non standard car) the insurance company could have a no pay out clause. Worked with a young guy who was hit from the rear. Assessor turned up said wheels non standard as you declared, he had to pay nearly £900 to the insurance company for the 3 previous years he was insured before he was paid out.
