  1. Credit for the work mate. It is, literally, a totally different bike. Good work
  2. A kindred spirit . I have a Dad who's fettled bikes for 40 years and two sons who are fully trained mechanics. Why keep a dog and bark yourself
  3. Was hoping for a nice weekend. Do I still clean the bike up before heading down? Think I might have to get some waterproofs. We'll see. Will see you all in four days
  4. Hellboy/ Hellboy 2 Swordfish Fast and Furious (just watch and enjoy the cars) Pitch Black (the original cut) Seven Despicable Me Ice Age X-Men/ X-Men 2 I've enjoyed watching them all, all for different reasons.
  5. Hes only cleaned it as good as that because Trebors coming I'm saying nuthin Stue but sales of Mr Sheene seem to have doubled in the Leicester area... Is that only for the bike?

    Hello

welcome to the still catchy titled "Hutchs "unofficial" Bandit Forum"
  7. Looking forward to next weekend . Don't have the benefit of time off, but it's a short week See you all soon
  8. WTF is Stu gonna do with them????????????????? Wait for it all to grow back or is he acting as hairdresser for someone
  9. Nice looking bike in good scenery. Only ever found one problem with Wales though, it's full of Welsh people . Seriously though. It's somewhere I've always fancied going. Anyone on suggestions for a "short break"? Rather than the usual "tourist" areas.
  10. Good luck with the Firestorm. Cracking bike , but very different to the Bandit. Rode the young uns Firestorm, scary quick
  11. Younger than my two sons. Thoughts with the family, and a reminder that it's not what you do, it's the people around you that you don't see. No words are enough. A horrible reminder to stay alert and aware.
  12. Congrats. Hope it turns out to be everything you think it is
  13. Something I'd love to do, but the inate fear of 2 mins to live sort of puts me off
  14. Which one you bringing next week? C90 or B1200?
  15. If both of them had been going, I think I'd be thinking this was just a cover story
  16. Usually the best way to be mate! Congrats on passing
  17. [quote="Stue11"] That sounds good! I'm just checking that people realise that the "North of England" isn't Manchester. There's still a fair chunk north of that. Leeds is not in Scotland (much as we might wish it was)
  18. Post ya bike on ebay and then on the write up explain that shes not for sale but as been stolen that way then many a folk will have a picture of it Good idea by Stu. I stand by all previous statements. Make your bike as public as possible, make it as hard as possible for them to get rid of. Hope she comes back safe and sound. I think the only way to stop it is removal of a hand. No-one steals more than twice
  19. Nice looking bike Mate has one but it is, as you say, the usual "green". He has the LED back light etc so looks good, but the red and white make yours really stand out Enjoy it!!!
  20. Meant to say. Have a look next week, see what you think.
  21. send us the link for them as luke said they didnt do them on the site he got them from, thanks in advance These look like the ones I have on mine http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-Brake-Clutch-Levers-Suzuki-Bandit-1200-TL-1000R-1000S-/250836746323?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item3a67090053#ht_9532wt_878 price seems to have leapt a bit since last year. I think paid about £28. But be careful, they don't fit the MK1, as mentioned earlier. Brake fits, but need to mod the clutch
  22. Is that what they call "maximising the use of available resources"
  23. Got the same lever son the 1200. Work great . Obviously I have the slow "maroon" bandit, so mine are red
  24. Congrats on the bike. Leave the colours, first time I've seen that combination on a bandit. Must admit, first thought it was a GSX1400 . Enjoy it mate. Great fun
