If they're fitting them to cars then there likely to be legal. I would check with local plod as to whether they are legal. Otherwise it's just one more reason for them to pull you over and have a go . Cyclists use them, but do they get off because they're non-motorised? Interesting idea. I wonder if this will work with an LED backlight? Given I've got one to go in? -
agree on the sacrilege part matey, looks nice but would rather it done with a (not so rare) bike I think me dad, and his mate, would go off it if I showed them the chopped shadow. Something akin to "how the could they do that to it! Don't they know what it's worth!" etc. Possibly with more deleteds -
Each time I've got a quote it's been a specific item. I'm only 3rd Party F&T, but am allowed to ride other bikes. As has been said, it's a specific item on your insurance and not linked to the level of insurance. -
Found the pics of the back piece I'm debating. Have to shave the back first of course . The arm was bad enough I think the colour looks the dogs! Backpiece

Thanks all for the comments. The most painful place I found was the back of the arm, where it joins the shoulder. Does test the pain threshold !!?! Am debating getting a back piece, but need to get time out of the gym, and possibly works, for the recovery period. Will keep you posted.

Just getting the seat surround painted so took the front mudguard for a colour match. Wrong colour . Looks like the previous guy did a colour match on the front mudguard, rather than the actual colour . Lad painting the seat surround says he has enough to do the tank and belly-pan and only an extra £50. Guess what I'm going to get done . At least I know it will all be the right colour now . In case anyone is wondering, I've got a carbon fibre front mudguard now so it doesn't need painting -

First helmet I had was a HJC. Paid £160. Very comfortable helmet and enough space to fit an intercom if you need one. Always handy for passing comments about what you see . Comfortable helmet. I have a Nitro now, with the internal visor. Not as comfortable to wear as the HJC, but then it was half the price!? -
Would agree with forwarding it to Ride magazine, if not MCN etc as well . Good eye opener for those that don't change their helmet after one good impact. Something all riders should watch. -

It's bit far but I may give it a go. I'm busy around that time. Got out club rally at end of June, I'm in Edinburgh on 2nd July and then this on 15th, 16th July. As previous, as long as petrol stays below £75 a litre should be okay!?! eddie, if you're going let me know and I'll travel down with you Any problem asking a few lads if they want to tag along, or keeping this within the forum?feel free to ask them m8 Cheers Dave.
