    Shame mate, but these things happen. Was sad to see mine go but I've moved on. Is the ZX12 a better bike? In some ways yes and in some no. Like everything mate, there's pluses and minuses. Good luck with the sale mate, hopefully you'll find what you're looking for

    Fingers crossed get sorted Matt. Can't see you having to pay anything. After 2-3 weeks any warranty they supply is still valid, and "merchantable quality" should ensure that coolant hoses aren't supposed to split within such a short space of time. If they start to get awkward (hopefully they will be reasonable), I think the Sale of Goods Act still covers vehicles etc as well so you've got an avenue there if you need it. Hopefully you won't.
