I think we book rooms in The Talbot and meet up in the bar for the night. It's within easy walk for Stue & Kayley, Pike & Nina and Luke and also for us given we'll be staying there They serve meals in the bar, the rooms are okay and the bar prices seem about normal. Seems the logical thing to do to me. As long as they have rooms

Im used to the power on the zed but on this it kicks in the second you twist the throttle lol and its surprisingly comfy for a sports bike I got off the B12, a nice "sit up and beg" onto the ZX12, so a much bigger shock for me I got the same effect on the long rides on the ZX. It's a lot more comfortable than the B12 for longer journeys, which did surprise me. Don't know whether it's the "slightly" sporty position or the fact on the ZX I'm not stretched out, or a combination of both? Either way, a nice bike to ride Enjoy the Ace

Took the ace out today for the first time ( still need a few bits doing to it ) and HOLY MOTHER F*$@£%KING SH*T!! what a machine! The thing absolutely flies, Had the same effect when I first took the ZX out after getting off the Bandit. Still getting used to it as I haven't really opened it up yet I think it will be a moment if I ever do

black cars are a get to keep clean. I used to have a black Ford Orion (showing my age now ) and it was beautiful once washed, t-cut and polished . However, after a few days and some rain it looked awful as it showed all the streaks etc . Good luck Mark, think you may need a few extra hours in the day mate

Voting for September's bike of the month

That I start looking at wrapping the bike and getting the essentials done. Given the recent change in the weather I think come the end of the month the bike will be up on stands getting the annual maintenance done. Going to strip of the fairings and change oil, air filters etc. Also may add some braided brake hoses while everything's off. Also got plans for some new levers, carbon cover the fairing fins and the seat cowl and maybe a new tank insert. We'll see
