Way cool! I would have never made the connection! Thank you for bringing it to my awareness. I never thought to look at life circumstances as metaphors for what God is trying to say to me. Thank you again Christina! I'm glad you are on that path right now :)

I will be expecting Him to answer then up to the end of the last minute! I had a feeling I am going through a transition period in my faith. I notice my trials keep getting bigger and bigger with small ones in the middle that seem to be a breeze anymore. This is def. a big one that most all of it needs to be done before August! Thank you for praying for me too Traveller and thank you for your encouragement too!!!

Steady, I am in agreement with Girly's prayer for you too. I remember reading that dream about cancer. I too pray for God to reveal the lies and deception that's in our govt and the world, that God would reveal the plans of the enemy. I love how God spoke to you when the doc was doing the check for cancer. It reminds me of the prophet Isaiah(?? One of those prophets anyway) how God had the prophet marry a prostitute as symbolism, how God had him lay on the ground for a really long time wearing a sack cloth, and cook certain bread on cow pies, all as symbolism for Israel's actions and non-actions, what God was going to do and also for how God felt towards Israel.

Yah!!! I really needed to hear your testimony. Since yesterday God has answered a prayer I didn't think He would answer, and also my son locked us out of the house today! I parked in the shade instead of in the drive so he could go in and change and the truck would be cooler when he came back out. When he was done he came out and then told me he locked the keys in the house... Oh no, I have spent SO much money because I keep locking myself out of my house or truck within the end of last year and several times this year... I then try the windows and my neighbor across the street came running up to me, she had locked herself out of the house too, not long after me! Her little baby was in her house... I try finding the number for our housing contractor to unlock both our houses, can't find it. She discovers a window unlocked in her house and goes in, then comes to help me with mine. I thought All my windows were locked and she found one unlocked for the bathroom. It's high, but I have a chair and stand on that and shove my son through the window! We knew that she had locked herself out for a reason and first reason we thought of was stupid compared to the second reason, was because I had ALREady tried to open my bathroom window! Apparently I don't know how to open them because they are really hard to open from the inside too. She had already figured her window out and actually I had tried to open it myself and told her it was locked. God took care of me and I think he had her forget her keys because He knew she would figure it all out and everything was really just fine I've been feeling so lost the past few weeks. I feel like God hasn't been speaking to me or answering prayers. I know some things have gone above my faith level and I'm stressed. It's my house. Things keep coming at me and I don't know what to do even though I have a realtor, I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place. I need money I don't have to do some fixing on the house so the bank will reimburse me for the claim. My dog isn't gone yet and I need her gone before friday. I need to service Both my car and truck. I need a tutor for my son in math. I need my house free of it's massive amount of boxes and stuff before this weekend and I think the heaviest thing on my mind is the other house. I feel so overwhelmed. God says that He will not let me drown. I know that He likes to answer prayers at the very last minute too! He really knows how to try our faith.

Princess, I know that feeling. I've felt that lately too where God has provided and answered a prayer, just to have it taken away, and it does bring doubts and a feeling of foolishness because you might have told others who aren't saved (you want to show them that there is a God who answers prayer), how God had provided for you. I was praying for you and the thought of Job came to mind. God had made Job rich, beautiful, full family, just to have it all taken away in the worst way possible and put into a horrible test of faith. God gave back to him SO MUCH more than he had before and an even MORE beautiful family. I hope that lifts your faith, as I need to think on that myself

My good friend's babysitter/friend was murdered today or yesterday... The same girl's mom died in April and then in May her dad either died or committed suicide and left Kayla to fend for her self... To my friend these losses along with being robbed a couple weeks ago, have been utterly devastating. My friend had a baby a couple months ago and they have a young son 3 yrs old. Her neighbors were a "God send" because my friend has a LOT of emotional problems because of things that had been done to her. They are PCSing (military move) to Maryland in August. I'm really glad they are getting out of there. Though I'll miss seeing them. They live 3 hours away from me, so I don't get to see them too often. I have met Kayla and her mom and dad several times. They were really nice, really good to my friend. Not many people would go to the lengths they've gone to help my friend. They were like grandparents/family to her son and to my friend. These are her neighbors across the street. They were a REALLY big help to her Esp. Kayla... Poor little son saw all the commotion going on at Kayla's house (the police etc.) and wanted to go see Kayla She was shot several times in her car while she was with her boyfriend My friend's house was also broken into a couple weeks ago... apparently a ton of people have been robbed in that neighborhood lately I think the robber murdered Kayla and her boyfriend and my guess is that the boyfriend knew the robber and murdered Kayla to keep her from being a witness after they murdered them, they dragged them out of their car and into the woods Kayla was a REALLY heavy girl... He's been really taking care of me. I got my State Vehicle tax bill in the mail a few weeks ago and I was really angry because we are military and as long as we give them an AD Velorum we don't pay the tax. But, I forgot about that... I went in to Jag to talk to them about the bill because I was under the impression that we weren't going to be billed tax, just the tag fee. I didn't have to speak to the lawyers after all and just spoke to the front desk where I get the AD Velorum and they said that I need a current AD Velorum and that mine is old. They said that I need to bring in a current L.E.S. (military pay "stub") to get the AD Velorum. As I was asking them about some other stuff I noticed that they were filling out an AD Velorum and I was confused. They gave me an legal paper on the spot without making me get a current L.E.S. !! They said to get one next time A few days ago I got and inclination to go on Craig's list to see if I could find someone who would want my dog. I also needed to get my ferret a new home, but I wasn't thinking about her right then. The first thing I saw was a wanted Free Ferret! I was able to take her over there the same day and we are allowed to go visit! My dog needs a good home A.S.A.P. I'll take money or give her for free. My need is for her to be Gone. We can't afford her, the space she takes, the food she eats, the trips we can't go on because of her. Father has done a lot more that what I have posted for ya'll in the past couple weeks!!

I spoke my bank USAA today about some claim we had filed over a year ago. I asked what it was for because we had filed a claim previously and had already received money. I had totally forgotten about this claim and they recently sent me some mail asking for some information or something. I asked them what the claim was for and they said it was for water damage... Which again brought to thinking that they had messed up and were doing the first claim Again! They told me that they had a check they need to mail out and I asked cautiously "how much" and they said 7,000 something $!! I was like "what" and I was so confused and didn't want to be falsely charged with fraud. So, I asked them what water damage and they told me about all these different spots in the house... Which, slowly brought the memory of all those spots in the house back to mind... I had totally forgotten. Praise You Father!!! That money will not go into my husband's hands but to fix parts of the house to sell.

princess, I know Exactly how you feel!! I can tell you it's SO hard to forgive an abusive mom for some reason more than an abusive dad. I believe it's because she is supposed to be nurturing. With a dad you have the expectation already that they are the head of the house and you do what they say or else, but with a mom... That's another story. There's a lot more trust broken with a mom than even with a dad who molests you! Why? Because, the mom didn't protect you and even abuses you herself, she isn't loving, kind, or gentle, or patient, or sweet. There's a lot more expectations for a mom than there is for the dad. The dad is the provider and is meant to go out and hunt for food and work in the fields and be away a lot, that's how God made men and women and our natural instincts.

He's been warned on Several occasions...
