  5. ok havent had much time to work on bike bit hectic at work. had to modify my infill panels when i put new yokes on (slightly fatter than origonals). started painting wheels in the green and black pearl first white base then the green pearl then mask up and black pearl stripn mask up and black pearl strip BOLLOCKS pulled of edging tape and its marked the green pearl so did not bother to clearcoat. decided its too much work to put right so new plan (whole bike jet black) decided i am fitting zx9 swinger too as its 30mm longer from wheel spindle to pivot point which will help to keep front end down 30mm is not to much stretch so it should not affect handling to much if it does i can slide the forks up the yokes to shorten the wheelbase a bit. will have to make a jig to swap the shock linkage mounts, quite a bit of work but worth it for the weight i will save using the much smaller zx9 caliper/disc caliper mount and ditching the torque arm plus it really tidies up the backend, and gets rid of them concentric adjusters. will also have to get a new bush made to use zzr pivot spindle as the zx9 spindle screws into the frame and bush. gave the engine a good steam clean looks a bit tatty now more work! anyone see any problems with any of this just shout up i can use all the help i can get cheers Ian.

  12. the relay i got for my bandit looked just like a factory fitted one and plugged straight in, can't find the paperwork for it though sorry mark. mine was a 7 pin but there are 2 and 3 and i think 5 pin available check this item on ebay 220744702987 then go to there ebay shop for pics of all the relays hope this helps m8.

  16. whats the point of it,you might get someone who makes the nicey nicey posts but is in reality an arseole, then someone who is honest and truthfull getting negs when they are decent people. then again what do i know.
  17. Sorry about your dog m8, had a long life in dog years though.
  18. chad what you want is some fine line tape about 5mm it can be applied to akward shapes easier than masking tape,as its great for curves and does not tear plus it tends not to pull on the paint when you remove unlike masking tape.
