the double decker busses round here ride around with their headlights on because people didn't see them at junctions and pulled out in front of them, and theyre painted white,20 feet tall and 10 feet wide. What chance do I have -

Have they give a reason for not paying out mate, or just the "not our usual practice to pay for such incidents"?just said that that no one else had reported it and would not be paying out on this this time, they got me to get 2 estimates a week or so ago as well The fact no-one has reported it is immaterial mate, they still have a responsibility to maintain the roads. Cheers all for the info @ Dave, no problem mate My bike uses the standard H4s I think. I've got the kit for the white with a slight blue tint in the bulb. I had a few this year pull out on me. I'm not exactly small, my bike is NOT a 125 and I've got the yellow sections on the jacket. It must take more effort NOT to see me So I've gone for these to try and raise my profile. Hopefully they will see me coming now. -

I've got a HID conversion kit for the bike which I'm intending to put on. I believe they are "illegal", but has anyone had any problems with them? I'm determined to increase my chances of being seen, especially once I get the Power Commander fitted next year Given I'm only usually out in daylight, can't see plod getting too upset, but anyone have any stories?
