Bar end weights

Cheers all. I'll check out the R&G ones and see what they're like. Think I'll decline Chads offer, my bikes green and it would clash May take a look at filling the bars, but think I'll try some bar ends first -
Just a question for people. Does anyone know where you can get heavy bar ends? I keep thinking of getting new ones for the ZX12, but all the ones I See seems to be about 75-100g. Given Kawasakis are a pain for vibration, I want a set at least the same weight as the existing ones, which are 250g each! Anyone know where I can get a set, or do I just keep the old ones and look to re-spray them?

thats like our roads now isnt it? Just be careful here, I work for a road surfacing contractor Only in the North so you southern softies get what you lot decide to put down ride to Sussex it's fine. See the welcome to Kent sign and it's all holes and cracking roads That'll be the local councils mate. We have the same with road gritting, but only on the Local Authority roads, not the major road system. -
ZX12? Pick up one of the A1s for a reasonable price. But they are a big bike Firestorm possibly. Nice v-twin TL1000? -

Cheers mate. Think it will be okay. As Dick said above, there's no point in them investing all the time and money in me than not giving me the position they've trained me for, and I have been doing for the last few years I hope he gets the job. I found out to my expense that sometimes being in training or development is done chiefly to line the pockets of management. But soon as the economy makes a healthy turn-a-round I will be moving on. If I don't get this then I'll be doing the same. Seems pointless having the qualification then not using it.

Looks like I've picked the worst date of the year for this one. There seems to be no real interest but me and Angela will be going anyway, room is booked. We'll be going down earlier for a walk round York during the day, then on to where we are staying. We'll probably look for somewhere close to where we are staying rather than drive all the way back into York on the night. I'll try and get next years organised a little earlier.
