  1. Just ask him if he is sincere about his desire for Christ to be a part of his life and if he is then lead him in a prayer. You pray first and have him repeat after you. Something like this: Lord, I am so sorry for all I have done to sin against you...I thank you that you paid the price for my sins and I ask you know into my heart to live and reign. Teach me your ways Lord and fill me with your Spirit that I may discern the ways of God and live according to you plan and purpose for my life. In Jesus name we pray, amen. Then get him a bible...even if it is just the new testament. Something he can sink his teeth into. Then leave it up to God. Pray for him and invite him to church but go with a friend. Like Cholette said before ask the Holy Spirit to guide you each step of the way and trust me he will. You can do it Jasmine...with God all things are possible. Love in Jesus, Connie

  5. We put her down after the vet recommended it. Hardest thing we ever had to do. She was in severe pain....poor thing. We felt so bad for her and so guilty at the same time. We just could not watch her suffer anymore. Love in Jesus, Connie Off to bed I am totally tired....God bless all and thanks for your support.

  7. Hey all, I just wanted to let you know that Chloe went home to be with Jesus today. She is the sweetest kitty and we will miss her so much. I thank the Lord for her presence in our lives....she showed us the Fathers love, she was a missionary of his unconditional love in our lives. I just can't seem to quit crying.....the tears just keep coming down. We had her since she was 8 weeks old and she died today just one month shy of her 12th birthday. I take comfort knowing she is with the Lord having fun and knowing how much she was loved by us. Thanks to all who have prayed for her....we (hubby and I) appreciate it so much. Love in Jesus, Connie
  8. Hey all, An update on Cloe. This is the first time I have been on all weekend. My baby Chloe is still very sick. We are feeding her by hand now and she is not able to use her litter box so she has to use a puppy pad now but other than that we are making it just fine. I am still believing in a miracle for her. I just hope that if the Lord decides it is her time to go, then she will go peacefully in her sleep. Thanks so much for all the prayers. Love in Jesus, Connie
  9. Mark, I know how difficult it is like you said to start a new job and I think it is normal to wonder if you made the right decission. A confirmation on taking the old job back is awesome and I would certainly be praying about that. But wow I can see why you are thinking about it. I am happy for you if you decide to take it but make sure you consider all the factors of going back. I would hate to see you unhappy and in the wrong place. On a positive note though it may be a good time to negotiate on the new leadership position some....maybe making it better than it was or possible resolving some of the old problems that made you unhappy. This may help to make a decission. I know that you will make the right one though because you will do the bidding of the Lord. I thought it was important that you noted that in your new job your in now you don't feel you have the time with the Lord the way you would like. Also something to consider. I will gladly pray with you for the Lords will in this. God bless. Love in Jesus, Connie
  10. Dream3, Please know that the Lord is there with you right now and he knows your need and will help you through every single situation you go through. Put your confidence in Him and your trust in Him to guide you through it all. I have so been where you are right now and remember that all things are possible with God! I will be praying with you for all things and I am here if you need to talk. Feel free to PM me anytime. Love in Jesus, Connie
  11. Trueflight, God is so good! Awesome reminder of how the Lord knows our needs and our situation and like you said is Jehovah Jirah our Provider. Thanks be to God for his blessings in your lives! Love in Jesus, Connie
  12. One other note here. Jasmine, aspire to be who Christ has called you to be. Seek out his will for your life. Put your whole effort into it. In the later part of your text you said that no one believed in you. You are so wrong......the Lord believes in you, hopes with you, rejoices with you.....He is your strength when you are weak. Put him foremost in all you do and he will be the center of it all. He will open doors of opportunity and will close the doors that need to be closed. Remember this: God wants us to be all that we can be and never hinders us from that. What he wants from us is our trust to let Him guide us to that. We can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens us. All things are possible with God. If God be for us who can be against us. I never pray for patience I always pray for the ability to overcome every obstacle....the ability to rejoice in trial and tribulation because it gets me closer to the Lord and gets me closer to the plans he has for me. These are the plans he has for you, plans to prosper you to give you a hope and a future, not plans to harm you. Hope in the plan he has for you. I have watched you grow so much this year and I know that more is coming. You are a mighty woman of God! Good things are coming your way. Believe it and receive it. Our test does not come in our failure but in our ability to hold on to the hope that Christ has given us. I pray this helps, Connie
  13. Jasmine, Your right, your not sufficient. Only God can be sufficient. Have you talked to him about God in his situation? Since you have his ear that is something you can talk to him about. It is good therapy for his soul and at the same time diverts his attention to someone other than you. Tell him how much he is loved by the Lord and how the Lord sacrificed himself that he may live and live it to full. You see what I mean the topic is on God. In this way you also help him find God and trust God due to your own testimony about him. Bringing him closer to the Lord is where you want him to be. Just remember we plant the seed....let the Lord do the work. I pray this helps, Love in Jesus, Connie
  14. We declare that there is a good report. We declare that there is no sign of any problem on the MRI. We declare that Jesus has covered you with the Blood and nothing can cross the blood line!! We declare these things in Jesus name, Amen! Love in Jesus, Connie
  15. Glad to be of help. Remember this though.....when we stand for the truth we have to be truthful ourselves and in our resolve. Pray for them also. I will be praying about this for you. Love in Jesus, Connie
  16. Astra, First off I would make no excuses. I would straight up say that it is offensive and for that reason you are not going. The other thing I would do is say (when this is going on), I break off those words in Jesus name and cover your words with the blood of Jesus! I promise you they will either quit saying them to you or will not say them in your presence. When I was working for a Company not to many years ago....people would speak word curses over me all the time. I used to stand up and say, I break off all word curses in Jesus name! When they told me I couldn't say that any more because people found it offensive, I said well what they are saying to me is offensive and if they continue I will continue also. Amazingly enough they stopped. I even put a sign in my cubicle that said, I break all word curses in Jesus name..they finally got it. LOL it only took about 6 months. God is good. Love in Jesus, Connie
  17. Great reminder of how easily we can be swayed from the truth. Good word for all us of to ponder on. Love in Jesus, Connie
  18. I also am praying in agreement with you! love in Jesus, Connie
  19. Dream3, I am so sorry you are having to go through this. I am very saddened to hear that he is not willing to take things seriously enough to get counseling. God will give you the strength to deal with all of this. He is the God who restores and he is the God who can do all things and all things are possible with him. Love in Jesus,
  20. Thanks Daphanie. I had the same problem. Will be glad to see it up again. Love in Jesus, Connie
