ROFL!!!!! But come on, syringes the pets can carry around? Maybe Hideeni next week will be giving out pills when we click on him! Okay, some of the stuff is interesting (like the Xray) but I think PF should have had second thoughts about pill bottles and syringes!

I haven't found most of the items!!! I keep getting the hairclip and the shoes. Oh, and the "Snowy Scene". Besides the wings (of course) the only thing I really want from that area is the owl. Anyone want hairclips?

Hubby and I have been watching the Mushi-Shi series on instant watch through Netflix. Mushi are a life form that not everyone can see, and Mushi-Shi is a "Mushi master" who travels around helping people out with the sometimes troublesome Mushi. From Wikipedia;

Mushishi (蟲師?) is a manga series written and illustrated by Yuki Urushibara, published in Kodansha's Afternoon magazine from 1999 to August 2008.

The manga was adapted into an anime television series in 2005. The Artland production was directed by Hiroshi Nagahama. A live-action feature film adaptation, directed by Katsuhiro Otomo, premiered on March 24, 2007.

The Mushishi manga won an Excellence Prize at the 2003 Japan Media Arts Festival and the 2006 Kodansha Manga Award.

I actually met Ursula Le Guin!!

Her books are the whole reason I started enjoying reading Science Fiction...and there she was at a book signing! I knew she lived in the Portland, Oregon area but hadn't "bumped" into her. She is a lovely lady, who seems very kind and "laid back". I wish I hadn't been so "gaga-stupid" while I was talking to her!

We occasionally get the Great Blue Heron in our backyard...but we don't like them there because they eat our koi out of our pond! But they are such beautiful birds and so amazing to see up close like that!

We've had a little snow falling just before Thanksgiving, but it was all washed away by the rain (which is normal for us). Our winter is starting off colder than usual. Here in Portland with the first snow, everybody goes stupid and the schools will close even if it is barely one inch!
