Its pointless to uncard. There is no indication that the plane is made by mattel. Unless the 2010 Mattel embossing is also..... transparent!!! If uncard, then the plane would look like it came from some capsule toy. hahaha. The real value is the card not the toy really.

I also saw this and it comes in blue and red only. There is also a 510 truck also and 350Z. Seems like only MJ sells them. -
Thet F40 have the original Modena wheels for that generation of cars. The current rubber wheels also like that, but the dish is much much more. The one you have is accurate.

Found these today. Was looking for something else and nothing nice to be seen. Well i was thinking of using them for something. Spoiler: This is definitely going to be customed. Its from Burago 1:43 range. Its easy to take apart too. No drills required! . Spoiler: This on got from a new toy shop called Toy Garden in Sg Wang 4th floor where the old Mac computer stores used to be at. They have Hw cars too. But its 2 waves behind. Well thats all.
