You will need some webspace, you usually get some free space with the isp you are with, then use an F.t.p. client to upload the PDF to your webspace, then create a link to the file and share it to anyone you like, as long as they have an Adobe reader they should then be able to read/download at will. -

Never changed them myself but I think you have to drop the mac person strut down. If I remember right there's a locking nut/pin on top of the strut, might be worth checking, and maybe get a Haynes manual it covers all the procedures . -
