  1. welcome on board. Plenty of us down in your general area, so should be able to get yourself out and about
  2. Never known a woman with this, what are they????
  3. Also meant to say, for me I'll stick with the two piece. I'm not good enough to wear a one piece (I'm not a Power Ranger) and, as mentioned above, it's a size thing
  4. Looks like another potential situation if we're not careful
  5. Unfortunately, bottled this one. Looked at the forecast and decided against it. Every forecast said rain so decided that a dry bike was better than a wet one (bike)!? Did a brief 70 mile with my Dad yesterday just out for a quick cuppa then back home. Got back just before the rain started so good timing The ride back felt better than the ride out. Anyone else feeling a bit rusty and tentative after the long lay off? Given that I think I did the right thing not going. Get "back into it" first
  6. There isn't one I read regularly. Cliche, but pick up a copy off MCN on occassion.
  7. Nice bike. Colour scheme sets it off well
  8. Hoping the weather is like today rather than as it's supposed to be. Will try and remember to get a few pics
  9. Anyone going to the Rusty Nuts Rally in August?
  10. Rough route is as follows:- Swalwell - Kielder - Newcastleton - Gilsland - Plenmeller - Allenheads - Rookhope - Eastgate - Edmondbyers - Slayley - Dilston - Corbridge It's about 163 miles. It's a 09:30 start from our Swalwell depot so I'll be away from Stockton around 08:30. Easy ride, no rush. At the end I'll probably just keep along the 689 and head home rather then head north to Corbridge to come back over again. If anyone is interested reply, or PM me, and will arrange to meet. I'm only going if weather is good, so will see what happens. 11. [quote="streetfighter"]Loving the easter bunny tony, Dave I would rather her hotcross buns more than the ones on your plate Prefer Tony's Easter Bunny to Daves!?!?!? Have a good weekend everyone. Enjoy the time, chocolate and, of course,
  12. Nice bike them But to me they should only be in blue/white
  13. with ya stue, only thing is still trying to change the old body clock from doing shift work, me pal said it took him about 3-4 weeks I told him he's taking the p*ss, but family time has been great this week, and the Mrs said she has noticed a change in me I ain't been snappy, so thats good, Good to hear mate, glad it's working out for everyone Never done shift work, but have done 21 or 28 days straight (working weekends etc) and it's not good. Ayup

welcome on board mate There's plenty on here from your neck of the woods so you should be okay. It's the frozen north we're short of people. Maybe we haven't the full hang of the "fibre optic". The wool snaps when it gets cold
  20. There are certain charities I won't contribute to and others I will, it's a very personal thing. I don't do the "Sport Relief" and Red Nose etc as most of that goes out of the country, but I always put money in for the Salvation Army at Christmas and the most of the Cancer charities. To each, their own choice
