  1. I DO hope you know that this decision you have made to WILL bring a promotion for you! Praise God....
  2. , I am soooooo sorry!! I actually thought you were just sharing this. I kinda felt it was a real life experience but it never crossed my mind that you felt so deeply about it.
  3. I thought the same thing too, Christa!
  4. The miracles happen "according to our faith". The miracles that happen in the third world countries happen because they don't have the word like we have here. We have become desensitized to the move of God. Over there, they have radical faith because they no nothing else. I've been praying for that over here, it's going to take people like us to allow the Lord to use us as examples...vehicles for his glory!! You better say that, guuuuuuuuuurl! The man of God said this same thing (not exact words) last night at the revival!!!!
  5. Do it God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm telling yall...God is REAL!! Yipppppppeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!
  6. If people disagree with the pastor he shows them the door...in a friendly and loving but firm way... I would think in leadership like this, a leader will not have leaders under them who would disagree with them (if they did, they wouldn't say so in fear of being "sat-down") OR have leaders under them who would go against them with someone else OR have leaders under them who would not tell them about someone else seeking advice about something he/she has already addressed. I think you should be careful and take this to God. I wouldn't get ANYONE else involved in a situation like this without God telling me WHO to talk to, WHAT to say, WHEN I should say it,and WHERE we should be when we discuss it. We may not agree with everything our Pastors do or don't do, but we have to be careful when we disagree with a decision they have made. Take it to God is my advice to you.
  7. I agree that we should bless people but I also believe in binding and cursing those spirits, that are not of God, from the root. When God said "Whatsoever you bind on earth, will be bind in heaven and whatsoever you loose on earth, will be loosed in heaven" (Matthew 16:19); He gave us the authority to do so in everything including spirits. We wrestle not against flesh and blood (the person) but against principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, and spiritual wickedness in high places (spirits that are not of God) - Ephesians 6:12. And for that scripture alone is WHY, the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds - 2 Corinthians 10:4. We HAVE to start speaking to these spirits and commanding them to leave. That's what Jesus did. The man who had all those spirits (legions - in one of the Gospels...?), Jesus spoke directly to those spirits and commanded them to leave! BUT, I must add we have to be called, anointed, and graced by God to deal with certain spirits. Don't try to go casting out spirits and demons if God didn't tell you to go. That's why we have to stay fasted and prayed up (I'm guilty of this...help me Jesus!).
  8. I have GOT to share this with you all. I have witnessed this first miracle I saw last night before when I was a child and I never saw it again UNTIL last night. The first time it was arms. Last night it was legs. Last night I went to my mother's church. They are having a revival. The preacher asked if there was anybody present who needed healing in their bodies. My aunt went up (she was visiting as well - she's a member of another church) for him to pray for her back. As he prayed for her back, he asked her to sit on the front row. After she sat down, he asked two of the members to stand on each side of her and stretch/hold her legs out in front of her. He asked one of the Evangelists in the church to stand in front to see if she could see a difference in her legs. She said it looked like her left leg was shorter than her right leg. He asked my aunt if she knew that and she said it had been like that all of her life. He told her that God said she was out of line and He was going to get her back in line. Yall, He began to pray for her and her legs began to meet up (literally) with each other. She said it felt like the gear shift in a car. It's funny because she said her right leg moved up first and she was like, "That leg is longer than the other." (Yall know that was only the enemy trying to set up doubt in her mind). Then she said the left leg moved up!!!!!!!!!! , Jesus!!!!!!!! There was a lady come up and said she had been having itching and burning behind her left eye. She was going to dentists, neurologists and everything. She said she was told she had MS and something else (I can't remember). She said it had gotten so bad that she couldn't even see the big "E" during the eye exams...all she could see was blurry. She said she couldn't see anything. She also said it had gotten so bad that NO ONE would even give her an eye exam anymore. He laid his hands on the right eye (nothing wrong with this eye), began to pray and held up his hand in front of the left eye. As he prayed, he was holding up 1 finger, then another, then another. As he did this (praying and holding up fingers), she began to count the fingers he was holding up. He made a "Z" with his finger and she even said that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , Jesus! I'm telling yall God is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jehovah Rapha (The God that healeth thee) showed up and showed out last night!!!!!!! DO YALL HEAR ME??????!!!!!!!!!!! Hallelujah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. "Don't Do It Without Me" by Bishop Neil C. Ellis - It's on the Wave of Glory c.d.
  10. Ladies, I'm just soooo excited about what God is doing in the lives of His people!! My heart is so overjoyed... God is moving and all I can say is..."Lord, what ever it is you're doing in this season - Don't do it without me!" Have yall heard that song?
  11. Wow! I did a study on this a few years ago. I have moved so much since then and I seemed to have misplaced it but I want to add as much as I can remember to the scripture you referenced! Uzziah was a good king but he tried to take over (operate) duties that did not belong to him and it caused many of his people to turn away from God. We all know that God was not going to allow that to keep happening. What Isaiah saw in this vision was God commissioning him to be His messenger to His people. These people thought they were going to be blessed by God but they were actually going to be destroyed because of their disobedience. Isaiah was called to tell them how sinful they were so they could recognize how Holy God is. In the presence of God, there is Holiness. We have to understand that Holiness is perfect, pure and set apart from all sin. When we step into the presence of God (Holiness), we will see just how imperfect we are. Those seraphim recognized how holy God is. How bright holiness is. That's why they had to cover their faces and cover their feet. I will stop here because I don't want to really start guestimating on this. Prayerfully, I can locate my study. Thank you Hislightbeam for posting this!
  12. Mark, If at all possible, go and visit your friend. I lost a close friend almost a year ago. I saw her sitting on her porch a few weeks before she died. I spoke as I passed by but I didn't stop to talk to her. THAT was the first thing I thought about when I got the call that she had died. You don't know what your presence will do in this situation. Even if it's to lead him to Christ while you're there or just bombard heaven with your prayers for him. BOMBARD HEAVEN: My Pastor received a call from a relative telling her that her cousin was in the hospital. She only has one kidney and that one was failing. When she got to the hospital, the doctor told them they needed to pray the best prayers they knew. He said if he could get her kidney to function at at least 10%, there was hope. Her entire body had shut down. She and her sister (the co-pastor) began to pray and speak life into their cousin and commanded her kidney to function the way God created it to function. Two days later, they called to check on her and the doctor gave her a clean report, released her from the hospital and told them she WON'T have to go through another dialysis treatment! LEAD HIM TO CHRIST: Years ago, I had a cousin who drank heavily. The doctor's kept telling him that the next drink he took could be his last one. He was found by a family member laying in the yard. They thought he was dead. He was taken to the hospital where he died a few times and they brought him back. The last time he came to, the family asked him if he wanted to get saved. He said yes. They led him through the sinners prayer and tears began to roll down his face. He died and they tried to bring him back. This time...he was gone. He died with tears rolling down his face as God accepted him into His arms! You don't know what YOUR presence will do. If you can go to him...Go!
