  1. If you want, send one to Xavier, and I'll send you one of my fuscha bundles.
  2. I have decided that I totally hate the new bundles. I mean the stuff is nice, but it's too much money for doubles and triples of junk I don't want. I have given out my last ccs trying to get something besides fuscha and all I have are three stupid fuscha bundles. I guess gone are the days when we can actually pick out what we want. I have never been so disappointed as I am today. It's a sad day.
  3. I bought two bundles and got two of the same items. UGH! Now I really want to trade my second fuscha mermaid bundle for the gold or the crab outfits. The rest I have.
  4. Post it in a trading thread what you lost, and I am certain that the community will come together to help you. Sorry this happened, but with any game, PS has it's flaws.
  5. I noticed it last night when I was bringing in the wash. It reminded me of a scene from 'Bruce Almighty'.
  6. Here are some pictures that we took of him when we visited Berlin about a year and a half ago. Knut was still a big attraction, but the people there made it impossible to find him. I think the zoo director was upset that Thomas Dörflein was getting all the attention and not him. Whatever the case, we did get to see Knut. Even in these photos, you can still see the baby bear cub in his face. I will treasure these photos forever.
  7. It could lie with your browser. Have you tried with another browser. We had the problem with Firefox and then we started using Chrome and it worked.
  8. I don't know how it happened, German media is saying that they will do an autopsy. They are also saying that it could have been a genetic defect. Tosca (Knut's mother) has not had any babies who survived, so it may lie with her. I'm still sad.
  9. Knut has died. : My heart is broken. Rest in peace, sweet polar bear.
  10. Best of luck to you. I'll listen to a song called 'Counting on You' and send out lots of good vibes,
  11. So it's Friday evening here, things are quiet...too quiet. It's also cold here...I don't like the cold I prefer spring like weather. So I got up this morning and worked on my story, and then started hanging out on Facebook. Do you know how much time I waste on Facebook? Too much. It's addictive...especially reading pages of my favorite musical artists and listening to songs, and looking at lovely pictures and ... and ....and. Oh yes, checking in on Tiddly Winks and making sure she is behaving herself. So what I didn't get accomplished today was the laundry and housework. There's always tomorrow after our choir rehearsal is over. We're singing Shakespeare songs. That is texts by Shakespeare with music by all different composers. Should be fun. Now that the weekend is upon us, anyone doing anything exciting?
  12. Thank you very much for the gifts you sent to Tiddly Winks. She will enjoy them.
  13. I'll send you one, let me get into the game.
  14. She's precious. I am so happy for you and am glad that you are well.
  15. I am not sure how to explain it because my facebook is in German, but at the far right side of the screen, there are some commands (where you can purchase credits, set your settings, log out etc.) On that pulldown menu, you can set your privacy settings. I beleive there is a block list for games and such. It's a lot of trial and error, but you should be able to find it in the pulldown menu. As for when I became forum admin, that happened yesterday.
  16. I wish I had bought more of the Gus plushies, but I did get a few Jag plushies and sent one straight to Yawo's front door.
  17. Kitty curling, yes I do remember seeing the pictures of Aberdeen and Hobbes strutting their kitty style.
  18. Violence ain't my bag (or better said, it's not my thing). I love the German language, have since I was in the seventh grade and sang 'Die Forelle' (The Traut) by Schubert. I loved that song. Then when I read Summer of My German Soldier in the eighth grade, that clinched it, I feel in love with anything to do with Germany. I guess it's really no wonder that I fell in love with a German and married him.
  19. Stas is an awesome friend. I am so excited about her and her hubby coming to see us in May. It's going to be great. I am also really glad that she was able to get to where you are and spend some time with you. Moral support is a lovely thing indeed. I will continue to pray for your husband, Suzanne.
  20. I admire you. I studied Russian at the university, and when I met one of my favorite actors, he mentioned Russian and Japanese as being the two hardest languages to learn. He wasn't kidding, Russian is very hard...but Japanese looks much, much harder.
  21. There is, but it would ignore all the requests or inquiries that you get about PS. They should be in your settings on Facebook. Hope that helps. I tend to go in each day and remove used or expired requests. That way my page stays neat and the important stuff doesn't get tossed aside.
  22. Lisa informed me of this today, and I am truly overwhelmed by it. Thank you so much. I have been watching the news almost non-stop these past few days. I feel sort of information overwhelmed to be honest. I think going to rehearsals and sewing class has helped me to break away from this. I guess it goes to show that no one is immune from tragedy. It affects us all.
  23. If Steph isn't back home to judge it, I will donate the prizes for this week, so get your entries in, there will be a room of the week if I have anything to say about it.
