Well, actually the base code will tell you when the car is being manufactured. It does not tell you how many of the units is being manufactured but it does tell you which year and week it was manufactured. The letter C shows that it was manufactured in 2010. It started of in year 2008 with the letter A. The number 21 tells you the week it was manufactured.. A year has 52 weeks, and a month has basically 4 weeks, then the Civic was manufactured this year, probably in the month of May or early June... Hope this info helps.. Please correct me if I'm wrong.. -
