  1. This is true I've been caught when got my cans, footpegs, &handlebars from the states. But got lucky with my ASV levers which came straight through so got a bargain
  2. Cheers Dave will do next time. I then drove across to Loughborough you've got a lot of flooding down there.
  3. They should stop unlimited opening hours. If pubs shut at 11pm like the old days they wouldn't have time to get so pissed. Surely 24 hour opening has a lot to do with this ?
  4. I have 1" lower pegs and Helibars on my Busa and the combination for me is perfect. It transforms the bike comfort wise IMHO . You won't lose any clearance if they are the same as my Knight design American pegs as there are no hero blobs on them
  5. Not been on any site for a while, But having been to Syston today on business it reminded me I know a little bald fellow who rides a BurgerKing that lives in Syston. ( only kidding Dave) Anyway It made me think I might pop on and see if the old regulars Stu, Dick et al, are still on and it seems you are. And having a quick read through it seems most of the loyal guys and gals are still supporting the site (well done). No changes at my end still got my 2010 Busa and wouldn't swap it for any other bike. Cheers Jim.

  10. http://www.knightdesignllc.com/index_files/suzuki_busa_fp_08_11.htm got these in natural alloy 1" lower no rubbers so more like 1-1/2 " lower no hero blobs so no probs with clearence for me. in natural when fitted difficult for non anoracks to spot from standard. heli-bars are brilliant keep watching evil bay there always coming on. or on offer at moment £130 great improvement over stock and doesn't change looks of bike. if you'd have known about this Dave Mel would have told you to get the real thing. Busa
  11. not been there since i was about 17 or 18 bare in mind I'm very nearly 55 . a gang of us went to watch another mate race (wobble round) on his 500/4. another mate also about 17/18 was suffering from too much ham shankin , He collapsed in absolute agony from a twisted testicle and had to be rushed to hospital for an operation. Yep this has brought some memories back
  12. Top Box the Busa family is growing nicely on here as Tony say's if your looking for a bit more comfort I can give a up to Suzuki touring screen, Helibars and lowered foot pegs have made a massive difference for me comfort wise.
