  8. Best advice is to test ride all the bikes u interested in, v twins aint everybodys cup of tea, there are pros and cons and a test ride will soon tell ya if u gonna like em or not.
  9. No probs at all, the more posts the merrier as far as I'm concerned,
  10. Seized 2 stroke aint no big shakes m8, use to seize em up regular back in the day, the fixing aint the prob, its finding out why it seized and sorting that out cos when u rebored u dont want it to seize again. Main causes, not enough two stroke oil, wrong jetting causing her to run weak, this will kill a two stroke every time, timing out, air leaks, again causing weak mixture. Anyways, new piston/rings, oversized, bout £30, rebore and hone, £30, + gaskets, you should get the lot done for under a ton.
  11. [quote="gravelrash"] Did every time for me too, put my last chain and sprox on over 6 months ago and after the initial adjust to take the initial stretch out I ain't had to adjust it since, quality chain.

  16. Im on my second maxxis sport now, and although the first rear only lasted 3000 i never had an arse clencher moment with it. As with all tyres u gotta scrub em in for 100 mls or so or they will let go, The thing is when you fit new tyres you dont want to base your opinion on gud or bad as soon as you have had em fitted, the reason i say this is because when you go from a worn out tyre, with a flattened off profile to a nice brand spanker with a nice rounded profile the tyre is gonna feel 100% better, rolling nice into corners. It kinda gives a false impresion on how good or bad a tyre is. Anyways, goin back to the maxxis sport, it gave good grip in the dry and adequate in the wet, it is a tyre thats that easily handles my meagre riding abilities, Will say though, make sure, like all tyres, that it is warmed up before any heroics. Just about got my rear scrubbed in now and its a pleasure to ride her, love the way she just neutraly rolls into corners again, im in love with my Bandit again,
