Looks a good route Dave as Skelly said we have rode various sections of it and they are great for bikes - the Middleton-In-Teesdale to Alston is a good one we have done many times then on to Hartside and the Lakes(not on your route). Loads of B+Bs along your route Dave but sorry couldn't recommend any as never had need to use them (Bladerunner's book or Google is your friend for this I think). No one could ever accuse you of not putting the miles in mate , definitely put me to shame

Absolutely fantastic ride/food and company Dave! the drop off system worked really well and as Robbie said we didn't come for a race (enough said) Great to see you and Mel again ( your a very lucky man! ) good to put faces to names and see some lovely well kept machines. Dick always a pleasure mate, hope you got over to see Gaz ok . Maybe on the next one us hard Northerners won't run for home at the first rumble of thunder! ( Except BanditMike who is a hard Northerner) got some pictures to post when I get organized. Lastly A massive THANK YOU to Dave Hutch for all your hard work in organising a very successful and enjoyable rideout hope you feel very proud mate.
