  1. Thanks for sharing that SCGirlyGrl. That is encouraging. I like you have had the Lord show me something through that poem as well and yes he does see and he does care and he is working it out on your behalf. Be patient and know that he is your justice seeker and will stand up for you even when you can not. Love in Jesus, Connie
  2. ~Hi, Forgiveness is a conscious choice to give it to God and let the feeling go with it. For me I had to give it to God at times 1 moment at a time. There are some people with more severe cases than others but in the end forgiveness is the same it is just difficult for some people. The Lord said that we are to forgive to be forgiven. In other words he cannot forgive us if we do not forgive others. I just ask the Lord to take away all the pain and the bad feelings and lift them up to the Lord and lay them at his feet. Then I say Lord for today I made a choice today to forgive xxxxx for doing this to me. I pray blessings over them in all phases of their life. Then every time that person comes to mind and I feel angry I have to say Lord, I made a decision to forgive them and then I tell the thought to shut up.....cuz we know who is interjecting the thought. Hang in there. Each day gets a little easier. Love in Jesus, Connie
  3. ~ Aliveforjesus and Toi, Happy Birthday! I pray your day is blesses and you find favor wherever you go. I pray the Lord countenance be on you and that he would bring you peace. Love in Jesus, Connie
  4. Christa, I am sorry to hear the news. Only the Lord the giver of life is the author and finisher of our lives. No one can take it before he says it is time. So I take a moment to plead the blood of Jesus over your auntie. She will live and not die and I am in total agreement with you. I loved how Blue101 stated it. I am in total agreement with that as well. We love you and will be praying for your auntie. Love in Jesus, Connie
  5. The Holy Spirit assigns the gifts and he can give us 1 gift or all the gifts. There is no special requirement or prequalifier. He gives the gifts to whom he gives the gifts. You can have all those gifts at one time or 1 gift at a time. Depending on the need of the Lord at that time. I pray this is of help. Connie
  6. Jeanie, You know that we will pray with you anytime.. I would do what the doctors tell you and just know the Father will be guiding them and guiding you through the situation. Like you said if you here the Father say no.....then cancel the surgery. What ever you decide just let us know so we can keep you prayer covered through the entire proceedure. You are already healed in Jesus name. Stand on it and believe it. Love in Jesus, Connie
  7. Dreams3 You are so welcome! Love in Jesus, Connie
  8. Dream3, Let me just say I am so sorry to hear that you are struggling in this area. I understand completely what you are saying. When I first met my husband he was buddhist and Christian both. Of course let me emphasize that you cannot be both. You have to be one or the other. The Lord is avid about that. We had many discussions about how shallow Christianity is. Well from the outside I can sometimes understand what they are saying but as we all know that when we first give our lives to Jesus it is but a scraping of the surface of our lives. The more we know the Father the more our lives change. We are a work in progress. We finally resolved our issue and my husband now understands that our faith is much deeper than it appeared at first. He is a faithful follower of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Fear not my friend. The Father knows you plight. Let us pray. Father God, We come before you today Lord to pray for our friends husband who is a bit confused at the moment, Lord. Help him Lord to remember the precepts that you have hidden in his heart. Let him see the truth of his friends he has at the moment.....let him see it and let that be a witness to the truth of what he is delving into. Forgive him Father, he is being fooled by the enemy......Open his eyes Lord, that he may see and his heart Lord, that he would sense your presence and that he would be tender toward you and his ears Lord that he may hear the truth and the truth would set him free. We plead the blood over every area of his life including his heart and mind. I pray that you would give our friend here a conviction to continue to speak the truth about you, no matter what. It says in your word that a man that is willing to lose all for the cause of Christ will be rewarded. Father we bless this marriage with your peace, love and joy that they may be fulfilled and serve you according to your plans and purpose. We give you all the praise honor and glory, in Jesus name, Amen your servant, Connie
  9. Yes he was! He is so good about that. :)
  10. PTL Linda, We are so proud of you.
  11. All to well I understand......I was in an office with 5 other woman. Oh my is all I can say. There was one woman that I was friends with but she was so difficult and agumentative......to the point that I could barely stand it some days. One day the Lord told me that just because she thought she knew more of the situation did not mean that was the truth and I should trust him to show me that truth. As it turned out I ended up leaving that department and eventually the Lord had me leave the company. In my life I have never met anyone quite so determined to be right and have the last word as I did there. I did everything I could to honor God but it was very tough. I hung in 7 years. After that I couldn't take it anymore. Hang in girl. We are praying for you. Love in Jesus, Connie
  12. Mjtorrence, I do know what you mean about fitting in. I have never truly fit in anywhere myself. I always felt the same way. I had family and friends and have good relationships but I have always felt just a little different or somehow seperated somehow. That was because the Lord set me apart from the world......I feel different because I am different. I totally misunderstood your comment the first time around and I apologize for that. I think that we feel or sense that difference because the more we know Jesus the more seperated we feel from the natural world. Am I making any sense. Just know that you are seperated onto the Lord and that is why you feel the way you do. Now I am not fitting in and loving it. LOL Hope this has been helpful, God bless and love in Jesus, Connie
  13. I so agree with both comments. And come into agreement with Christina's prayer. We are your friends here and even when you feel you fit no where else.....you fit here. Love in Jesus, Connie
  14. Relax my friend and have a good time. We will be praying for your safe return and many blessings you will receive while you are on the big VACATION......Yeah for you.' Love in Jesus,' Connie
