Dog walking, car cleaning checking over (MOT) tmorrw, bike cleaning daughters and mine pre bike : " I'll clean it every week dad and learn to look after it" post bike : "I'm tired" saying that I love maintaining it but I'm not telling her that! My brothers just bought a ZZR1100D1 been looking over it, the bikes been stood 10 years out in the open without been started so THAT'S going to be a big can of worms and shortly going to go wrap my wife's prezzie before she's back from work -
As much as I love getting the dog guess who's doing all the walking, clue: its not the kids. Work seems to be long shifts at the moment, got my daughters bike to maintain, my bike, our lasses car, my car etc..... just don't seem to have the time I used to Would help if I had one of those fancy phones so I could look in on the forum while I'm out! maybe Santa will bring me one! -

Personally I like the Belly Pan as is Chad but really it depends on whether your happy or not. Great work on the respray and choice of colour by the way and +1 for the carbon can!

Like this one Chad? I think these can be cleaned with a high flash point solvent then dried with compressed air then smear with an oil soaked rag (motor or gear oil) to re-oil it. Think this is what was in my old zx6 Chad but the're not to expensive to replace. -
Have a look at this Chad http://www.bikebandit.com/community/guides/how-to-clean-and-maintain-motorcycle-air-filters I used to have a k&n foam filter which after cleaning and re-oiling worked fine

He has still got them in the garage Garry with grips and B/Clutch levers if wanted.He lives Teesside but is working in Southampton for a few weeks and is back every other weekend He said just make an offer which isn't really helpful but if you want to make an offer mate I'll tell him them probably the simplest thing would be to give you his mobile # -
I know someone that might have some 1200 mk2 k5 standard bars Garry, he's sold the bike but might still have the bars in the garage if you want me to ask mate?

Its alarmed Garry so hopefully that will help, but i'm usually good at remembering (famous last words!) mines alarmed but stil have the yellow thing to my bars to remind me Will have to get one Dave or use the pin badge trick over the ignition barrel

Already tried bladerunner and don't get the rubber boot apparently Just spent £100 with them on brake seals and fluid for the Bandit though
