Well...Tomorrow is gonna be the week of Clothesaddic's Pets' B'day! You may ask why am i doin'g this? Clothesaddic(Lisa), has been my Friend since kindergarten and i am celebrating her pet, Cordelia's B'day because she makes a BIG deal of Pet Society and has been planning Cordelia's B'day for a LONG, LONG time. I love Archie comics, and my husband does too. Every time we go back to the States or Canada, we snag some double digests at the store. Cute little Archie trivia here, when we were living in New Jersey, we drove to Long Island, New York for a convention and met up with some of the Archie artists. I got a signed copy of a rereleased comic book from the 1950's. It was a great time. My favorite of the characters is Betty, but I also like Big Ethel and Jughead. -

Basicly what you just described is MineCraft. MineCraft has hundreds of different worlds which you can explore all different than the last. You can have worlds with lots of islands, big jungles, floating islands or what have you or even try and create your own. So basicly all that exploring you said is in Terraria can be found in MineCraft as well. As for the monsters, you got little green slimes as well but I don't really need a extensive list of monsters in MineCraft because it's already got some good ones that are swarmed all over the place as it is. Making going out at night dangerous and the ability to build a home all that much more required. MineCraft also allows easy customization of the game through a well driven mod community. So if MineCraft is just about that for you, you really haven't tried to expand your gameplay. I infact like it like that because it doesn't crowd your game with useless things you'll never need or use. You can pick and choose which content you want in the game. Also I've never played a game of MineCraft where exploring wasn't required. -

I'd like to ask everyone to keep the country of Jamaica in your prayers and please pray for one of our longstanding members, Butterfly, who lives there. Some of you may be aware of the civil unrest that began Sunday night as the police and army began fighting gangs who have established roadblocks and otherwise have barricaded the entrances to a section of Kingston where it is believed that a druglord is in hiding. The druglord is being extradited to the US to face charges and these gangs are attempting to prevent his capture. It is a bit more complicated than what I've described, but that's the long story short version. The defence forces appear to have made some small strides today but other news from the island suggests that the shootings have spread to other sections of Kingston and to other communities outside of Kingston which includes the area that Butterfly is from. I don't want to create more worry where there shouldn't be any but would like to raise up prayers of protection for her, her family, and her community in particular and may the Lord have mercy on the island overall and keep the innocent people safe. Within the last 24 hours, 26 men have been killed and many others wounded.... Praying for a speedy resolution... -
My first kustom of one of my favorite castings... the BONE SHAKER I did this one for a "public service vehicles" competition over on the island. A week after submitting the pictures the competition was cancelled due to lack of interest... unlike previous competitions, only 2 entries were received. I just love how this one turned out, especially how the wheels suit the theme so well, the only thing I would change would be to paint the inside black instead of silver. Hello Jello! I'm Ruka Tatsuya. I'm 17 years old, Female and I hail from the islands of the Philippines... and obviously, I'm new here! :3 Hahaha. My Pet's name is HOBO. He's level 47, I've got 10 Petlings (3 Cats, 3 Dogs, 3 Lions and a Coyote) and I've had my HOBO for nearly two years I think. Haha. He's named after my boyfriend's pet name, I call him Hobo and he call's me a street kid. Nice to meet you all! -

When Your Hut's On Fire The only survivor of a shipwreck was washed up on a small, uninhabited island. He prayed feverishly for God to rescue him. Every day he scanned the horizon for help, but none seemed forthcoming. Exhausted, he eventually managed to build a little hut out of driftwood to protect himself from the elements, and to store his few possessions. One day, after scavenging for food, he arrived home to find his little hut in flames, with smoke rolling up to the sky. He felt the worst had happened, and everything was lost. He was stunned with disbelief, grief, and anger. He cried out, 'God! How could you do this to me?' Early the next day, he was awakened by the sound of a ship approaching the island! It had come to rescue him! 'How did you know I was here?' asked the weary man of his rescuers. 'We saw your smoke signal,' they replied. The Moral of This Story: It's easy to get discouraged when things are going bad, but we shouldn't lose heart, because God is at work in our lives, even in the midst of our pain and suffering. Remember that the next time your little hut seems to be burning to the ground. It just may be a smoke signal that summons the Grace of God. -

Oooh Frannie I didn't see you, I grabbed a coffee too, how funny! Yes, how is Robin doing? Dennis is so silly with me, he wont just walk past me and out of the door, he goes around the island in the kitchen, then hides the other side of the table - I have to open the door as wide as I can and stand back, and he then runs past and leaps over the step ... I have no idea what he thinks I might do to him! Today there was a washing (laundry) basket in his way, so that had to be factored in as well -
For all our new friends who might feel left out if they don't know some of our abbreviations or long standing jokes. FF or Freaky Friday commemorates a Friday when Zoonie sent a dress as a gift to a friend, but it didn't arrive. Zoonie went and purchased another one, but the friend said oh no, it's ok, don't worry, and didn't want to accept it. This went on, backwards and forwards in notes, not getting settled - so Zoonie put the dress on and said he'd wear it until his friend gave in and took the gift Talking about it on C&G, other pets started cross dressing to support Zoonie in his plight, and it soon became a tradition to celebrate all our similarities and differences by letting our pets cross dress on a Friday! 8) Another tradition is Nekkid Wednesdays, when pets just wear shoes and accessories - but it has to be said, some pets are a bit shy! S.I.B. or C.I.B. is aka Chup or Chupacabra - our group member from Bermuda. SIB = Sunny Island Boy (or Cloudy Island Boy when the weather's not so kind to him) He might also be known as the Good Doctor as his pet has an alter ego, a bit like Jekyll & Hyde, but in a fun way :winked: B.G. is aka Toulouse - B.G. stands for Bunny Girl (her nickname) I'll add more, or anyone can add or ask, as time goes on. -
She went to visit her Grandmother on a small island between the English mainlaind and Ireland Frannie. It's just between an hour and 90 mins flight from London City Airport. They delayed her flight terribly when she went over, really messed her about, then yesterday she was due to fly at half one, so got there for half twelve - she's still there, and her flight looks to be showing at half one today. Eventually she gave up last night and went back to her Grandmother's to sleep, but there's been no food voucher, no compensation and not really any apology either. -
Thank you all for your prayers, God bless you! Things have calmed down quite a bit there and have returned to 'normal' but they still haven't found the druglord so that could change... I've exchanged PMs with Butterfly and she and her family are safe...praise God! Unaday - I didn't know your hubby was Jamaican! My family is from JA (I was the 1st of the family born off of the island...actually among my cousins (25) there are only 3 of us who were born outside of JA...wow, I didn't realize that until now...)....anyway, small world!

I finally fixed it!!!! I put the tables (i haaaate the island layout so i don't do it) closer and the cafe instead of the bar next to them.. I added fridges etc.. I found that it was better with more chefs and less waiters and i also created looong mazes so new costumers will make more time to reach the dinning area throwing in between more archades etc Now even after the new piramide i have 79/79 all i have to do is give it a few minutes before i go and fix the machines, toilets and clean the tables fast I soooo happier now -
You can't really go wrong, it wil only let you choose, 2 riders from each format, and you can't spend more than 10 million... all is good. IHOP UHOP's Guide to Efficient Restaurant Layouts Introduction Hello! At the IHOP UHOP restaurant, we pride ourselves on squeezing every last gourmet point of out of our staff before they collapse from exhaustion! This guide will show you how to build efficient and effective restaurant layouts to maximize your bottom line! Basic Strategies 1. Don't make your waiters walk The less your waiter walks, the more time he spends serving and the less time he spends getting there. 2. Too many tables! Resist the urge to add as many tables as you can afford. If you have too many tables and not enough cooks, you won't get the food out fast enough! I find that you should only offer 3 tables for each cook you have. 3. Center your stoves Keep your stoves centered. A food order from any table can go to any stove. Don't keep all your stoves clustered in one area. 4. Use corners Your waiter can service in all 8 directions, so use corners as much as possible to give him the most reach. 5. Box waiters in Form a complete square or rectangle using your tables to trap the waiters in. This way, they don't wander around needlessly to serve food. 6. Avoid the walls Don't set your tables and chairs against a wall or the grass: Customers aren't very courteous and they refuse to scoot in! The 3 empty seats shown above will always remain empty because the two customers block them off. Advanced Strategies 7. Count steps A good, quick rule of thumb to judge a layout's efficiency is to ask yourself: how many steps maximum do my waiters have to take? Both these layouts have the same number of tables and stoves, but one is more efficient! Which one? The answer is the first one, because waiters only have to travel a maximum of 2 steps. In the second one, waiters have to travel a maximum of 3. 8. Avoid diagonals Look closely at your waiters' speed, you can actually see that they move slower diagonally! It takes 1.4 times longer to cross a tile diagonally than to cross it up, down, left, or right (but it is still faster than going through 2 tiles!). Whenever possible, within reason, try to remove diagonals from your waiters' path. 9. A Note on "Island" Layouts You'll sometimes see restaurants that have two or more "islands", each island having their own cooks and waiters, like this one: These islands are very effective, because smaller designs (with less cooks and tables) are much more efficient than bigger, bulkier designs. But there's a catch! Your waiters will often seemingly end up in random places, and there's no guarantee that they'll always end up inside the islands like you want them to. Every time you go to another screen (go to the street, visit another restaurant, rearrange furniture, etc.) there's a chance that your waiters will randomly end up somewhere and then you'll have to manually set them again. At the moment, I haven't found a way to consistently ensure that the waiters will end up at the right places. Sometimes it will work, sometimes it won't, and doing obscure things like dragging a stove around will cause the waiters to appear differently. Until I establish a fool-proof pattern, I'm wary of recommending any island designs. However, if you are feeling adventurous, here is a 4 cook 2 waiter layout that works fairly consistently: (Special thanks to Orphaen!) Recommended Layouts All right, enough talk, here are my recommended layouts! 2 Cooks, 1 Waiter 3 Cooks, 1 Waiter (Special thanks to Orphaen) 3 Cooks, 2 Waiters Keep the same layout as above (3 Cooks, 1 Waiter), because you'll need more cooks to handle more tables. 4 Cooks, 2 Waiters 5 Cooks, 2 Waiters Check back often because these designs are always evolving and updating thanks to feedback from the community.
