  1. Photos only show him cleaning the hugger, not doing anything else. Could be a mis titled thread
  2. maybe so noz,but if your confronted by these type,I would be thinking what else have they got no point being a hero these days hope the scumbags get caught I'd like to think that I'd have had a go at these three, but you can only guess till the situations on you. Never know, maybe a few local bikers will find out who it was a do the world a favour . Air Ambulance is one of our most important charities!
  3. Just got this on e-mail from a mate. Just about to post it up. Well done Why can't all police be as reasonable as this Mind you, the pillion is nice as well
  4. WHAT CARAVANS THIS http://www.bailey-caravans.co.uk/651/images/downloads/03%20Feb%202011%20Orion%20brochure.pdf What you're all missing is this is Dave's way of saying he's getting a new bike. He's going to need one if he want's to tow this
  5. Hopefully everything is sorted quickly and you're back on your wheels
  6. Can't wait until I get this old Been quoted £218 fully comp (incl legal, helmet, breakdown etc (oh and a pillion)) Mind you, thats with a £500 excess
  7. Are we sure this guy doesn't have an old blue police box he keeps all his bikes in
  8. Haven't fitted a hugger to mine as I like the "open" look it gives with the back wheel. Get the right under-tray and it does helps the lines of the bike. Happy riding XXX
  9. to her, but commiserations to you. Now the real expenses start!?!?!
  10. For all that people complain about the internet and how it's used for all sorts of illegal/ abusive actions. This girl, and many others like her, wouldn't have these chances and opportunities to fulfil some of their dreams without it. Why does it never get reported?
  11. Congrats on the new bike I'm debating on changing mine next year but, like all things, will have to see what the finances are doing. The weeks will pass quickly and you'll be out and about before you know it, and putting some pics on for us!?! Enjoy the bike
  12. Cracking vid. And, for me, a better safety message than all the "accident and blood" videos they release.
  13. Well done with the perseverance on this. I think I'd have binned it long before now, or give it to someone else to finish. If she's riding ok, and you'll be changing the piston etc to deal with the loss of pressure, why not ride? Gets you out and about and on the road and you can deal with it all later. (I'm not technical and there are guys on here who know a lot more so may be worth waiting for them to pitch in)
  14. One of the best, if not the best, "bike safety" videos I've seen. Mind you, got to get one of those doors
  15. Congrats on the success. But have you noticed how everyone has suggestions on how to do it, but they've never actually had the same problem, it's always "the mate of a mate"
  16. Is this what they mean by "all the gear no idea"
  17. Beautiful looking bike . Congrats on the work and time spent and 10 out of 10 for application and dedication . Hope whatever direction you take it in works out for you. Keep any pics and updates coming
  18. I would say he still is. Checked his birthday, he's 67 this year!! Given how he pulled me across toward him (I aint small) still wouldn't get in the ring with him The student look is still valid, given I am still a student Don't all shout "Not possible" at once. I come under the heading of "not so much mature as prehistoric" student
  19. Very nice . The modern ones always look a bit "plastic", but you've managed to take that away from it. Congrats and job well done
  20. Never mind JLS, can we confirm Stue was in the house last night not at a concert watching a few middle aged guys dance and sing round the stage? Now THAT would TAKE the biscuit Heal quick mate. Never done my knee, but have done the ankle and that did take a while to heal. Won't send any advice as I'm sure you know enough already. Speedy recovery
  21. Congrats on the progress mate . Keep up the good work!! Must admit though, I think the last time I was 11 stone, I was 11 years old
  22. Credit for the patience and work. Keep the updates coming ! Looking good
  23. Congrats to Dave, Stu and all the rest that contribute. As I've said before, the forum is only as good as those that contribute toward it. I think, therefore, the comments say it all. Hopefully will see most of you in July . Pat on the back for all (as it may be if the site's not clean in July )
