Hi Dove, I'd like to pray: Lord, I ask You to guard and guide Dove on her travels and during this time. I ask You to give her the words You want her to speak, to bless her and to give her peace. We know You are with her and thank You for going before her and with her and for giving her strength to speak and to accomplish what You have planned. I also bring before You her brother and his son. You know them and You have a plan for them. Bless them Lord and soften their heart so they might receive Your love for them through this time. Help Dove to shine Your light into their situation, into their lives, in Jesus name I ask. amen.

Praying for your friend Carrie that God will take away that spirit of heaviness and give her joy instead. God, heal her, inside and out and pour Your Spirit out over her to overflow. I pray for peace over her mind and soul and for Your joy to be poured out over her. Thank You Jesus for You are our God. I ask in Jesus' name, amen.

Hi unaday, Bring church/Jesus to her, intercede for her, keep witnessing to her (when HS prompts you) and don't feel like she/it's a losing battle, the enemy would like you to feel that way so you'll give up on her. Do NOT give up on her. I have quite some people like her in my life and I'm believing for their salvation. I believe I might be the only bible they'll read, so I ask God often how/when I can share with them (one of them is my husband). I don't believe that people always get saved in church, eventhough that seems the most logical place:) but to testify of this, I got saved at someone's home (at the kitchentable) when that man(a friend of one of my friends) explained the Gospel to me.. And at the time I thought I knew everything about God, but I obviously didn't.. Don't get me wrong, I believe in going to church and bringing people along if they want to, but if they don't, which often happens, it doesn't stop there. God bless you!!

Thanks so much Deborah. I looked at buying that resource a while back but didn't..so thanks for reminding me. Intimidation is exactly what's been holding me back, sos prayers I've done many of those,and God has given me peace and His protection at those times but i've not confronted this spirit..that's the problem. It's like I'm going around the same mountain again and again. Please pray for me to grow in courage and for Him to help me stand in the authority He's given me.

Hi Deborah, this is a serious question: what type of prayer do you pray to muzzle this spirit? And when do you do this? Do you need prayer covering from others when facing this type of spirit? I'm dealing with some people that are operating in this spirit and I'm finding it increasingly hard. God has kept me from bonding with most of them, which at the time I didn't know but have come to see that as His protection. I'm having an increasing amount of dreams where I'm having confrontations with this type of spirit. It's pretty full on. My natural inclination has been(and still is) to avoid anyone with this spirit as much as I can, but somehow God keeps bringing this issue to my attention. I obviously can't run from it and I think confrontation is imminent some time in the (near?)future. So, back to my original questions: how/when to pray? And not less important, how to counteract/withstand the fear/manipulation/intimidation that this spirit hurls around? All I can find in the Bible is that which is mentioned in 1 Kings and Rev.2:20-23 which shows the severity.

Thanks Owen for sharing this.. That's exactly what I've been asking God to do to someone very close to me. Atheists coming to God truly is His work!!! I trust Him though and thank and praise Him in advance for what He's doing in this persons life. God bless you!

Hm, hard to explain, but i'll give a try:) When it happens I'm usually already praying and singing in the spirit,usually when i've got other worship music playing. It's part of my worship time with Him. I don't really know much about the choreographical terms when it comes to dancing and I certainly don't plan it before hand. Yes, my feet and my body and my hands/arms start moving, and I just go along with it, like when praying in the spirit. It's a joyous feeling, and it's like worshipping Him not just with my voice but with my body as well. Once I actually saw a vision of myself dancing before His throne and that really drew me to act on it then and i just started dancing then, following what i saw in the spirit. It was like i was given the cues as to what to do next. This involved waving certain colours of flags (which i don't even have, but i used some of my scarfs instead:). It doesn't always happen like that, and i'm sure it might be different for each individual as well. But i think everyone can try, like praying in the spirit. Overall when i dance like this, it really is an intimate time of worship with Him and it is incredibly refreshing. Hope this answers your question..

I agree with dreamsta, it's a spontaneous thing. I do it at home in my worship time before Him. It just happens. Never done it in public though, but who knows;)

Praying.. DS, are you safe where you are? Heard about the people that drowned and the ones missing this morning. I pray His protection over you and your loved ones.

It's like Jesus came down and and said, "They thought they weren't good enough, but you're good enough for me." I was healed of my depression. I'm free! He made me feel valuble, far more than anyone else believed me to be. He wrapped his arms around me and welcomed me to his own family. If you're going through hell and you're crying, guess what?! God collects tears, and he counts every single one of them. Run to him and let him wrap his arms around you. Listen! Hey calls for you! And if you can't find your way to him, he'll come find you. Just trust him and pray and have faith! How awesome is our God hey!

We ask You for Dinesh's heart to be touched by your love for them and for them to give their life to You. We're praying for You to do a miracle in brother Joe's eyes. Remove anything that might be hindering his healing in whatever form or shape. We ask You to bring total healing and restoration so that He can see again. Holy Spirit, speak to brother Cajetan and rekindle the fire in him to serve You more than ever in spirit and truth.
